IT’Squite natural that you face ups and downs in your lives. I constantly hear people saying,”I am stressed out”. There won’t be a single human being who haven’t experienced a difficult time in their lives. In that process, you might feel low at times. It is OK to feel sad and stressed out. After all, We are humans right?
But what really matters is our ability to come out of that zone and realize that it is momentarily. If it isn’t, then make sure that you get the hell out of there ASAP. When you sunk deep into a state of despair, my friend, that is a serious problem. Do not let your downfalls overpower you. I know it’s easier said than done. Most of the times, you fall prey without even knowing that you are getting eaten by that monster.
My suggestion is that everybody should develop a tiny antidote to tackle this situation. Something of the sort of stress buster. For me, writing helps ease out my pain. It’s my own panacea! Just focus , you can easily dig it out. You might even get stupefied by your discovery. Socializing is a good way. Surround yourselves with people who can cheer you up! It can be anything. Maybe taking a stroll in your garden , Practicing yoga, painting, dancing, singing, listening to music, watching a good movie or funny videos, laughing your lungs out , cracking jokes … The list can be endless. Be innovative and surprise yourself.
Well, I am not a philosopher. I do not agree/ disagree the argument that “Wheels turn and the life cycle changes; If there is a low tide in your life, there is definitely going to be a higher shift. Ups and downs are the two phases of life, just like the two sides of a coin“. But I hope, my proposition offers a practical sense.
Explore your inner self, discover your latent skills , find your passion. Above all, contemplate yourself.
What about you? What is your antidote to finding relief?
